The Goals of SAM CBA are:
- To
mobilize African-American gay men as responsible leaders and key
participants in the delivery of HIV prevention services.
- To
increase collaboration and support among agencies, organizations,
groups and constituencies providing HIV prevention services to
African-American gay men.
- To
increase participation and involvement of African-American gay
men in the community planning process.
- To
provide training and assistance to community planning groups relative
to recruitment, identification, and retention of African-American
gay men in the community planning process.
