To implement a linked network of services in Hinds county, Mississippi via a community coalkition to address HIV/AIDS, STDs, TB and substance prevention, treatment and care issues
To foster coordination and collaboration linkages among HIV/AIDS, STD, TB and substance abuse prevention treatment and care service providers in Hinds County, Mississippi
To facilitate access to local HIV/AIDS, STDs, TB and substance abuse prevention, care and treatment
To increase the commnity capacity to prevent HIV/AIDS, STD, TB and substance abuse through community-based social marketing techniques
